LearnTo CIC is pleased to confirm our involvement in the Skills for Success project in Lowestoft, where we will be delivering CSCS training to young people from the week of 10 November.

This training is designed to be accessible and inclusive. Delivered in a paper-based format, it provides a supportive approach for young learners who may find online assessments difficult, including those with Autism, ADHD, or other diverse learning needs.

In addition to preparing participants for the CSCS test, the course offers practical learning in health and safety awareness within the construction industry. Young people will learn how to recognise risks, avoid common pitfalls, and build safe working practices that set a strong foundation for employment.

Creating Pathways into Employment

Achieving a CSCS card opens the door to entry-level roles in construction. It provides a recognised qualification that gives young people a positive route into sustainable employment, while also supporting reintegration into society and helping to reduce the risk of reoffending.

Through this programme, participants will:

  • Gain the qualifications required for entry-level jobs in construction

  • Receive patient, tailored support to meet individual learning needs

  • Build confidence, structure, and purpose in their lives

  • Become positive role models within their peer groups, families, and communities

We are proud to be part of a project that creates real opportunities for young people to take control of their futures. By equipping them with the right skills, support, and encouragement, we are helping to build
